10" Seasoned Blue Carbon Steel Frying Pan
Experience the difference Carbon Steel makes on day one. Preseasoned with a mixture of basso oil coconut oil and sunflower oil. Combines heat retention of cast iron with control of stainless clad. Carbon steel is stamped into a thin disc that is half the weight of cast iron but just as durable. Responds quicker than cast iron and rugged enough for the grill or open flame. Sloping walls and wide surface for maximum high heat searing. 2" Depth and 7.5" Diameter. Overall dimensions: 19"L x 10.25"D x 4.5"H. Hand wash only.
